About Jeneen

Jeneen Hammond is an Actress, Singer, Writer who inspires and transforms audiences through the Art of Storytelling.

A native of New Orleans, Louisiana and graduate of the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA). 

Jeneen began singing and acting at a very young age.  She graced professional stages in lead and supporting roles at the age of 15.  Some of her credits include: “Big River, Children of Eden, Ragtime, 1940's Radio Hour, Working, Little Shop Of Horrors and Halie, a portrayal of Gospel legend Mahalia Jackson.”

Her unparalleled creativity and love for music led to later writing and producing musicals and curriculum for schools, community organizations and global ministries.  Her original works include: Get in the Habit The Musical, Shine, The Promise, For God So Loved, The Tapestry Maker, Rocks That Cry Out , One Woman Show, Journey and signature character, The Bag Lady."  

Jeneen has worked on numerous faith-based projects as Casting Director, Production Consultant and Talent Coach.  She has also been featured in commercials, film shorts, web projects and industrials for major brands.

As founder of Clay Creative Academy, Jeneen passionately inspires, educates and champions young creative dreamers to become leaders and influencers of change.

Jeneen resides outside Atlanta, GA with her husband, Michael of 32 years. 

They have two beautiful daughters and one handsome grandson.
